My name is Fatou Sonko, a Registered Nurse with over a decade of healthcare experience across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home care. I founded Arcadia to create a home where every resident receives not only excellent care but also the dignity, respect, and warmth they deserve.

As a nurse, I understand how important it is for families to feel secure knowing their loved one is cared for by qualified professionals. Every decision made here is guided by my clinical training and deep belief in treating our residents like cherished family members.
I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Nursing, and I bring that dedication to leadership, safety, and well-being into every corner of our home.
